Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EscrowAudit, operated by NextAI Forge, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

EscrowAudit is a self-help computer software service. We audit an annual escrow analysis statement you upload and generate a document for you (a Qualified Written Request letter) based on the figures you supply. Full scope and limits are described on the Disclaimer page. We are not a law firm.

2. Pricing & refunds

• Audit + QWR letter: $29.00 USD, one-time.
• Cert-mail dispatch: $19.00 USD, one-time add-on.
• Annual monitoring: $4.99/mo recurring, cancel anytime.
• No outcome-contingent fees. The audit and letter are tangible deliverables independent of servicer response.
• Refund: 7-day money-back guarantee if the audit math is demonstrably incorrect. Email support@escrowaudit.us with details.

3. Account

You must be at least 18 years old and a US homeowner. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We rely on Clerk for authentication; their terms also apply to authentication.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for statements that belong to you or that you have authority to audit.
• Do not upload statements that contain malware, prohibited content, or are not annual escrow analysis statements.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our extraction logic.

5. Intellectual property

We own the EscrowAudit name, the rules engine, the website. You own your statement and the letter we render for you. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the rendered letter for your dispute.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason consistent with US law. Upon termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we do, we will post the new version here and email account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
